Surprize was our second doe, purchased as a bred doe to Tom Thumb. She delivered wonderful triplets, who have been the foundation of our herd. Though she's oversized, that has not proven to be a problem for her offspring.

Surprize is most noted for her wonderfully milkable teats. She earned her star in 1998 by producing 541# of milk with 34# of butterfat, at only 2 years, 4 months of age. We're on test now, but Surprize was already drying up.

Surprize's line is continuing in milk right along side her. Her daughter Scotch, just became a 4*D, and her grand daughters out of Scotch, Bourbon and Copper Kiss, also received their *'s, making them 5*D's. We're up to 6*D with Jewel, and the "grand dam" Surprize still looks great!

Surprize can now enjoy a well earned retirement. She'll be staying here for as long as she wants to.
