Hames & Axle Farm raises Nigerian dwarf goats. Have been since 1997. We started with them for milk supply and that’s still our aim. But along the way we’ve learned a lot about showing, genetics, marketing and other parts of the farm business.

We’re also home to a family, a horse, a burro, two English shepherds, a golden retriever and other assorted critters, some domestic, some wild. This blog will give updates about what’s going on here, and what changes we’re getting ready to make. Hope you like it.
